Joined HKS as a Systems Administrator out of college and was responsible for their Florida offices in Orlando, Tampa, and Miami with approximately 160 employees. In 2009 I took the opportunity to transition into the development group. I quickly became responsible for the maintenance and creation of all of HKS's web assets that span across several different languages and platforms including ASP.NET/C#, PHP, and Adobe Flash.

Web Developer
A college internship that turned into a full-time opportunity, I worked on the CRATA team's web sites and applications while promoting the benefits of web standards, graceful degradation and modern development techniques. Originally tasked with turning design mockups into compliant HTML/CSS code, I was able to quickly pick up ColdFusion which, combined with my already strong understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript, I was invited to join as a full-time developer where I worked on both the UI and backend.
